Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an inventory control support specialist for onsite work. The role focuses on replenishments, stock rotation, and cycle counts, with responsibilities spanning order entry, returns, and backorder processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will communicate with customers primarily by email and follow up by phone, ensuring accurate records and efficient service. A high school diploma is required, along with 2–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, or inventory-control experience.
• Knowledge of end to end inventory management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
• Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, and maintain cycle counts.
• Own customer interactions—respond via email, follow up by phone, and assist internal partners.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve daily workflows.
• Uphold safety and PPE compliance and site guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and flag gaps to prevent operational impacts.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
