Walgreens in New York is seeking a detail-oriented inventory professional to support both front-end and pharmacy operations. You will manage receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and ensure accurate planograms while coordinating reports and system tools to keep inventory in balance.

In addition to inventory duties, you will serve as a leader on duty, handle cash and POS tasks, and train team members on SOPs.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Supports pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champs On-Shelf Availability and manages planograms accuracy.
• Reviews and coordinates use of reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Executes and maintains front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques, and files claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
• Opens and closes the store as required, including cash handling and cashier responsibilities, ensuring readiness for business day.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services; leadership on duty resolves customer issues and delivers positive experience.
• Executes warehouse and vendor inventory management processes, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries, handles One Box receiving, and ensures postings of pharmacy shipments and recalls where applicable.
• Manages On-Shelf Availability end-to-end including disposals, calls, returns, and scan outs across departments including pharmacy.
