Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection tasks and handle vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close the store as needed and manage cash handling during shifts.
• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings, and manage recalls and audits.
• Maintain accurate on-hand counts and planograms compliance.
• Support pricing changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
