Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of retail work experience (Walgreens preferred).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and resolving problems.
• Basic cash handling and POS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store, front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and vendor overage/shortage claims.
• Open/close store as needed and manage cash handling when on duty.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Complete pricing changes, markdowns, and ensure correct signage.
