Job summary

You will engage customers, resolve issues, coach teammates on inventory systems, and assist with pricing changes, daily inventory tasks, and store operations while upholding policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns; validate planograms.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform pricing activities, including changes and markdowns with correct signage.
• Assist in door-to-door store operations: vendor deliveries, warehouse transfers, and recalls.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and model Walgreens service traits to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach teammates on inventory systems and keep counters, shelves, and stockrooms organized.
