Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or store operations preferred.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries in-store, handles One Box receiving, and resolves discrepancies with vendors.
• Under pharmacist-in-charge, verifies pharmacy shipments and postings for inventory accuracy.
• Performs On-Shelf Availability (OSA) end-to-end tasks, disposals, call-ins, and vendor returns.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts across departments and stockrooms, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supports front end and pharmacy ordering, pricing changes, and merchandise replenishment.
