Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and greet customers in a fast-paced retail setting. Responsibilities include daily stock counts, proper ordering/receiving, and completing inventory transactions, while upholding our service standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED and related experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Stock counts daily in Inventory Management System to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving.
• Review and complete pending inventory transactions daily.
• Communicate with store director on shortages and shelf conditions.
• Maintain product levels on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and sanitary work/shopping environment.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to questions/complaints.
• Use safety measures with equipment and tools.
• Assist with all other duties including periodic inventory counts.
