Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an Inventory Associate to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels within our Inventory Management System. You will greet customers and provide service aligned with our service standards, while supporting store operations.

The role requires basic math, familiarity with Excel/Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. On-site role based in Texas stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Basic math and numerical accuracy essential for inventory work.
• Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensures all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.
• Communicates with store director on inventory levels and researches shortages.
• Maintains product levels on shelves and replenishes as needed.
• Maintains clean, safe and sanitary working/shopping environment and follows safety procedures.
• Provides friendly customer service by greeting customers and answering questions.
• Assists with other duties, including periodic inventory service counts.
