Brookshire Grocery Company is hiring for an inventory associate to monitor and maintain accurate stock levels across store operations. You will perform daily stock counts, ensure precise ordering and receiving, and communicate shortages with store leadership.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a helpful, customer-focused approach in a fast-paced retail environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience, with the ability to lift up

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age; 21+ to drive for Company business per policy.
• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 55 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs stock counts in the Inventory Management System daily to ensure accuracy of product balances on hand.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Communicates with store director on inventory levels; researches shortages and corrects shelf conditions.
• Ensures product levels are maintained and replenished on shelves.
• Maintains a clean, safe and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to safety procedures.
• Provides friendly, customer-service oriented attitude by greeting customers and addressing questions and complaints.
• Assists with other duties including periodic and bi-annual inventory counts.
