Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a detail-oriented inventory clerk to join our Columbus, OH branch. You will maintain ERP-based inventory records, reorder materials, and coordinate with Sales and Operations on arrivals.

The role requires strong data entry skills, organization, and a proactive mindset to ensure stock availability. Responsibilities include receiving materials, validating against POs, managing scrap, and keeping yard/warehouse organized.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate ERP inventory records for branch.
• Reorder materials to ensure availability at all times.
• Notify Sales/Operations of material arrivals the same day.
• Forecast inventory needs and reorder before stock runs out.
• Record and discard scrap material.
• Keep yard and warehouse organized.
• Create purchase orders for materials.
• Receive materials and enter into ERP.
• Verify received goods against purchase orders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Responsible for having your branch’s inventory accurately recorded in our ERP system.
• Reorder material as needed to ensure branch has material available at all time.
• Communicate arrival of new material to Sales and operational teams the same day material arrives.
• forecast inventory needs - reorder inventory on menu before we run out using inventory reorder report with order up to level and reorder qty
• Ensure scrap material is recorded and discarded accordingly.
• Ensure Yard and warehouse are organized.
• Create POs for all material purchased.
• Receive material and enter it in the ERP system.
• Ensure that all material received matches Purchased orders.
