Job summary

Chemtec Energy Services, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist I to manage receiving, shipping, and cycle counts. You will maintain ERP data, coordinate outbound shipments, and ensure accuracy of orders for jobs and sales orders.

Forklift work and safety compliance are important parts of the role. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP system as it relates to receiving against purchase orders and inventory control.
• Assist in generating outbound shipments with UPS, DHL and DLS.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and make adjustments in ERP system once confirmed by supervisor.
• Maintain environmental report and MTR distribution.
• Interact with customer for all pick-up orders by contractors and ensure paperwork is signed and product picked up matches order.
• Load or coordinate with forklift driver to load product for customer.
• Cross-Trained to back up the forklift driver and warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain 5S standard in work environment.
• Promote a culture of proactive safety.

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist I is responsible for receiving and shipping, issuing orders, and pulling and distributing parts for jobs, sales orders and work orders, cycle counting, organization and labeling of warehouse area.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

1. Manage ERP system as it relates to receiving against purchase orders and inventory control
2. Assists in generating outbound shipments with UPS, DHL and DLS
3. Conducts daily cycle counts and makes adjustments in ERP system once confirmed by supervisor
4. Maintain environmental report and MTR distribution
