Responsibilities

• Stock, reconcile and distribute materials; maintain stock records and report shortages.
• Review inventory levels to meet forecasted needs and coordinate with sales/planning to replenish stock.
• Receive products per instructions or Kanban; track FIFO and adjust discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventory; investigate and document variances.
• Notify buyers about adjustments; search for root causes of anomalies.
