Job summary

T.O. Plastics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain raw materials in stock, manage cycle counts, and keep precise records across production lines. You will collaborate with production schedulers and shipping to ensure accurate inventory and timely supplies.

The role requires basic math, clear English communication, and safe forklift operation in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance independent work with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend basic English.
• Proficient email etiquette and professional communication.
• Basic math skills for inventory calculations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization and multitasking.
• Able to communicate professionally with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of raw materials, in stock, on order, and in process.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
• Create and maintain inventory accuracy reports and counts.
• Support production schedulers with inventory information.
• Operate forklift safely and as needed.
• Assist shipping, receiving, and other warehouse areas.
