Qualifications

• Experience in inventory/mfg environment preferred
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office tools (Outlook/Excel)
• Forklift license may be required to move materials and for site safety

Responsibilities

• Stock, reconcile, and distribute materials; maintain stock records
• Review inventory levels to ensure sufficient quantity for forecasts
• Coordinate with sales/planning to minimize inventory and replenish stock
• Receive product per work instructions or Kanban system
• Maintain FIFO and report discrepancies to planners
• Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventory
• Notify purchasing/planning of adjustments and root causes
