Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage HUB operations, pull and ship orders, and support the parts department. You will train team members, assist with cycle counts, plan-o-grams, and stock organization while ensuring compliance with policies and safety.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Forklift operation may be needed if certified, with safety guidelines enforced.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail with basic merchandising and inventory skills preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pull and ship HUB orders on time.
• Train and develop team members as directed by General Manager.
• Maintain inventories and keep daily transaction records.
• Coordinate product deliveries and keep operating records up to date.
• Complete cycle counts, plan-o-grams, and department callbacks.
