Job summary

Walgreens in Tampa, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Inventory Associate responsible for stock accuracy, front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and planogram compliance. You will receive, count, and process returns and help maintain on-shelf availability.

Under supervision, you will assist with warehouse and vendor communications, implement loss prevention practices, and support cash handling, opening/closing tasks, and daily store readiness.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and pricing tasks.
• Open/close the store when required and handle cash and POS duties.
• Ensure planograms accuracy and on-shelf availability.
