Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to execute store inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy. You will support receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy while maintaining asset protection and price changes.

Under pharmacist-in-charge supervision, verify postings, support warehouse processes, assist with opening/closing, and help deliver a positive customer experience through accurate counts and timely stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens retail experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front-end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and process vendor returns.
• Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and POS responsibilities.
• Engage customers, greet and assist, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Scan deliveries, verify postings, and manage warehouse orders and recalls.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and compliance with state laws for regulated products.
• Support pricing activities, including price changes and signage accuracy.
