Dondlinger Construction is searching for an Inventory Specialist who is organized, meticulous, and a proactive self-starter. This role is responsible for inventory control, maintaining accurate records within an ERP system, and auditing asset reports.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain up-to-date inventory records of all company assets, including heavy equipment, vehicles, power tools, and materials.
2. Input and track inventory data using the company's ERP system (Viewpoint).
3. Coordinate with Shop Foreman, field supervisors, and mechanics to ensure proper tracking of company assets.
4. Conduct regular physical audits of inventory and reconcile/report any discrepancies.
5. Prepare inventory reports for leadership on a regular basis.
6. Support maintenance tracking and scheduling for equipment and vehicles.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Shop Foreman.

Necessary Skills

1. Previous experience in inventory control or fleet management is preferred (experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus).
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
3. High attention to detail with the ability to identify trends and discrepancies.
4. Ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and able to stay on task.
5. Must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred but not required.
2. Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability to communicate with a diverse team is a plus.
