Job summary

Job description

QAE Logistics LLC is a multi-state business engaged in equipment storage and logistics management, with an open position for someone to handle daily inventory control.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory control processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient materials handling and management.
  • Utilize e-commerce platforms and software systems, such as SmartSheet or Oracle, to track and analyze inventory data.
  • Collect/maintain accurate inventory records (stock levels, locations, and movements).
  • Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain effective supplier management relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain operations.
