We are seeking an experiencedInventory Managerto oversee our inventory operations and support our dynamic team in providing seamless event execution.

Job Summary:

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality control, and facilitating the movement of gear in and out of the warehouse. This role requires close collaboration with both the operations and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate asset allocation for events. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically savvy, and familiar with inventory control systems, particularlyFlex Rental Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory usingFlex Rental Solutionsor other ERP/inventory management systems.
• Create, track, and managepurchase ordersand vendor communications.
• Performquality controlinspections on incoming and outgoing gear.
• Overseeserialized tracking,barcode scanning, andasset taggingprocesses.
• Coordinate with operations and sales departments to meet inventory needs for events.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and forecast inventory needs.
• Supervise the organization and cleanliness of warehouse space.
• Support technical staging and AV teams by understanding production gear requirements.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of all AV/staging/production equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Flex Rental Solutions or similar inventory management software.
• Strong understanding of AV, staging, and production equipment.
• Familiarity with serialized inventory tracking, barcode scanning, and asset tagging systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in purchase order creation and vendor relations.
• Valid Class E Driver’s Licenserequired (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an event production or equipment rental company.
• Technical knowledge of sound, lighting, video, and staging equipment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
