Job summary

Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Materials Specialist for an office-based role in Cayce, SC. The position focuses on inventory management and material operations, collaborating with Planners, Stores and other internal teams, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and 8 hours per day.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on inventory experience, be comfortable using SAP, and be capable of working independently while coordinating with Stores and Planning to ensure accurate inventory.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new items/materials in SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory activities.
• Perform cycle counts, particularly around the end of the month.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with the Stores team on material and inventory activities.
• Support and collaborate with Planners and other stakeholders.
• Interact with different teams and people throughout the organization.

Key Details:

Position Title: Materials Specialist

Duration: 12 Months + (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate:$33 - $35 /hr on W2

Location: Cayce, SC

Role Overview

• Responsible for inventory management and material operations in an office-based environment.
• Will work closely with Planners, Stores, and other internal teams.
• Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day.
• Start time can be flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM.
• There may be limited travel, but travel is not a major part of the role.
• Industry background is not a barrier; candidates with strong, transferable inventory/materials experience can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain new items/materials in SAP.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory activities.
• Perform cycle counts, particularly around the end of the month.
