- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to reorder products as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory is available for warranty and parts needs
- Suggest and incorporate inventory procedures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and work with appropriate teams to prevent future occurrences
- Assist in the development of inventory reports and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Communicate inventory status and issues to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements related to inventory management with Safety Manager.
