Responsibilities
  • Execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices and standard operating procedures across the store, including front end and pharmacy.
  • Support pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
  • Ensure on-shelf availability and validate planogram accuracy.
  • Review reports and system applications impacting inventory accuracy and pricing.
  • Implement asset protection techniques and handle claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
  • In designated stores, open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and system start-ups.
Customer Experience
  • Engage customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Share customer service best practices with team members.
Operations
  • Manage warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including order creation and receipt.
  • Verify pharmacy shipments and perform inventory activities under pharmacist supervision.
  • Complete on-shelf availability processes, pricing activities, and inventory counts.
  • Maintain compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
Training & Personal Development
  • Attend training and maintain necessary certifications.
Communications
  • Coach team members, communicate tasks, and report issues to management.
  • Minimum of six months experience with Walgreens or one year retail experience.
  • Fluent in English and willing to work flexible hours.
