Job summary

KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk responsible for inventory management, maintaining cost files, and ensuring stock levels meet customer needs while avoiding excess.

You will replenish from in-store stock, assist in ordering, update IT drug database, and collaborate with facility management and HD support staff. Must complete mandated training.

Qualifications

• Replenish inventory from in-store stock and in coming orders
• Assist in the ordering of replacement product from the appropriate supplier
• Assist in the management of inventory levels ensuring adequate quantities are available to meet customers needs, without maintaining excessive levels
• Assist in identifying and returning outdated or over stocked merchandise to the proper source
• Update IT drug database as needed
• Work with facility management and HD support staff to ensure that accurate cost files are maintained
• Perform general housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional and clean department
• Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
