Responsibilities
- Full-time on-site property management support: tag/record general equipment line items in N-ERP; conduct physical inventories; maintain subsidiary accounts for Assets Under Development, Fixed Assets, and Accumulated Depreciation in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP); assist Tech Departments with property and N-ERP issues; maintain and reconcile property records ensuring audit compliance; conduct container inventories and assist with packing and shipping validations.
- Interface with NSWCDD Technical Departments, local government POCs, SMEs, Inventory Specialists, Procurement Analysts, Property Managers, Organizational Property Administrators, and the Container Control Officer.
- Update SOPs and process guides as needed.
- Provide accurate metrics data for financial and operational reporting.
- Complete daily N-ERP transactions accurately to record assets within the required timeline.
- Support Property Management meetings and participate in training sessions.
- Perform physical inventories and spot checks within defined timeframes.
- Conduct stock screening daily to maintain service level agreements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly property reports, including inventory, property pass, MILSTRIP, Stock Screening, OM&S, and GE reports.
- Assist in training technical staff on new property screening and material management processes offsite.
Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain a DoD-issued Secret security clearance.
- Associate's degree or at least three years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, procurement, or purchasing.
- Proficiency with N-ERP for inventory control.
- Ability to work independently across multiple databases to resolve issues and respond to requests.
- Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
