Job Title: IT Inventory Specialist (Logistician)

Job Description

K2 Group is seeking an IT Inventory Specialist to support the FBI's Technical Response Unit (TRU) / Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). The specialist will be responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies to support TRU/CIRG operations.

Duties:

1. Produce and accurately update online records of accountable property, collaborating with management to prepare IT equipment for deployment in a timely manner.
2. Ensure all IT equipment is registered correctly and managed properly.
3. Manage the process of inventorying new IT equipment.
4. Assist in loading equipment onto various transportation modes, including:
1. Aircraft pallets
2. Box trucks
3. Tractor trailers/flatbeds
4. Vans and trucks
5. Prepare logistical reports and presentations as needed.
6. Issue equipment and maintain inventory control.

Requirements:

1. At least three (3) years of experience in a logistics role with related responsibilities.
2. Experience using and maintaining logistics databases.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of government logistics systems or standard logistic systems.
4. Physical capability to carry up to 70 lbs.
5. Ability to climb on or under small or large vehicles.

Clearance:

1. Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access is required.
