Job description

Summary

The Inventory Specialist will be a key member of the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for managing large-volume, small-part inventory. The role requires organizing extensive data and extracting key information. A mindset focused on continuous improvement is essential for success in this position.

You will track all inventory used by contractors to install WIFI cables and related materials (such as splitters, construction materials, vaults, markers, etc.) on contractor sites. The inventory is labeled and stored at the site, which may include small warehouses with dock doors, but is not in a client's warehouse.

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Minimum Requirements
  1. Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
  2. Inventory and audit equipment and parts.
  3. Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production.
  4. Maintain accurate inventory records.
  5. Perform cycle counts and audits per company policies.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role.
Responsibilities
  • Prioritize workflow effectively.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Stand and work outdoors for extended periods.

  • Proficiency in computer and Excel skills is a plus.
