Responsibilities include:

1. Executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices across the store, including front end and pharmacy. Supporting pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns. Ensuring on-shelf availability and validating planograms.
2. Reviewing reports and system applications to maintain accuracy of inventory balances and pricing.
3. Implementing asset protection techniques, filing claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods, including prescription drugs.
4. In some stores, opening and closing the store, managing cash handling, and ensuring readiness for business.

Additional responsibilities cover customer engagement, operations management, training and development, communication, and compliance with policies. Qualifications include prior retail or Walgreens experience, fluency in English, flexibility in work hours, and attention to detail. Preferred experience includes leadership roles or pharmacy technician background.
