Aston Carter seeks a Supply Chain Specialist to manage inventory, sourcing, and vendor relations from our Boca Raton area office. This contract-to-hire role focuses on accurate inventory across systems and websites, cost-effective freight, and strong supplier partnerships.

You will negotiate pricing, maintain data integrity in ERP systems, and collaborate with internal teams and shipping providers to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Advanced Excel for reporting, inventory tracking, and data analysis.
• Experience with procurement, order placement, and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Sourcing of products and freight to support operational needs.
• Experience maintaining accurate inventory across systems and websites.
• Familiarity with ecommerce inventory platforms and ERP software.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory levels and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory availability across company websites and internal platforms.
• Update product information to ensure data accuracy in procurement systems.
• Source products and freight services to support operations.
