The Supply Chain Specialist manages inventory, sourcing, and vendor relationships to support efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory across systems and websites, sourcing products and freight services, negotiating pricing and terms, and partnering closely with vendors, fulfillment partners, and shipping providers. The position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to inventory accuracy, cost savings, and operational efficiency within a growing organization on a contract-to-hire basis.
This is an onsite role based in Boca Raton, FL, in a professional office environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is structured as a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity, providing a clear pathway to long-term employment for high-performing individuals. The work style is hands-on, detail-oriented, and operationally focused, with frequent interaction and collaboration with vendors, fulfillment centers, shipping providers, and internal stakeholders. The organization is growing and offers exposure to purchasing, logistics, vendor management, and broader supply chain operations in a supportive, collaborative setting.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delray Beach, FL.
The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
