Qualifications

• Advanced Excel for inventory reporting and analysis.
• Procurement and purchasing experience with vendor management.
• Strong negotiation with suppliers for favorable terms.
• Product and freight sourcing supporting operations.
• Inventory management across systems.
• Experience with ecommerce inventory platforms.
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of freight procurement and shipping processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Independent work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and reporting using Excel and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory availability across websites and internal platforms.
• Update product information within inventory and procurement systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Source products and freight services to support operational and business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive costs and favorable agreements.
• Coordinate with fulfillment houses and shipping providers to improve efficiencies and reduce freight and logistics costs.
• Prepare job quotes and pricing estimates as needed to support sales and operational activities.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, fulfillment centers, and shipping providers to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with additional operational and administrative tasks related to purchasing, logistics, and inventory management as required.
