Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive matters and respond effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Physical Inventory process including scheduling, training materials, store execution, and coordination with External Partners, Finance, Store Operations, Store Communications, Learning and Development, and IT.
• Reconcile inventory, resolve miscounts, and work with merchants to reduce shrink.
• Lead Loss Prevention initiatives and projects across technology and systems; review EDI invoicing for shortages.
• Oversee shrink analysis, target stores, and execute high shrink visits; ensure procedures are followed.
