Job summary

The role requires analytical problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to lead projects with internal partners. This is an in-person position at the Monroe distribution center.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail management experience.
• One or more years’ experience in analytics, problem solving, organization, and communication.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Physical Inventory process including scheduling, training materials, store execution, and issue resolution.
• Reconcile inventory with merchants and stores to reduce shrink and improve profitability.
• Lead Loss Prevention initiatives related to technology and systems from concept to completion.
