WellDyne is seeking a Material Handler in Lakeland, FL to receive shipments, stock inventory and support the pharmacy operations. The role involves coordinating with the inventory team, validating receipts, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work in a typical office/stockroom setting, with duties including periodic audits, data entry in Word/Excel, and collaboration with pharmacists and departments to ensure timely processing of orders.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Receive pharmaceutical inventory from wholesalers and validate receipts.
• Stock medications according to FEFO principles.
• Assist with inventory audits to prevent expired drugs.
• Support Inventory Department and perform general clerical duties.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and follow company policies.
