Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Experience using ERP/WMS or inventory management software.
• Experience with barcode scanning systems and RF technology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Ensure all received products meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Record receipt transactions in the ERP system (Epicor).
• Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics on discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Maintain receiving documentation and filing systems.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance as needed.
