Job summary

Medtronic in Minnesota is seeking a Shipping / Receiving / Stores Clerk to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth parts flow for service operations. You will work closely with technicians and engineering to align parts and systems, supporting repairs and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced technical setting. Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shipping/receiving or inventory control.
• Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and parts control.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and documenting in quality or regulated systems.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house servicing and repair of medical devices.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Utilize ERP (SAP) and quality systems (QMS) for documentation and transactions.
• Operate pallet jacks to move inventory and assist shipment preparation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
