Job summary

ITEN Defense LLC in Saybrook, OH is seeking a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory Associate to receive, verify, and document materials and finished goods. You will move raw materials to storage, update ERP records, and coordinate shipments between ITEN Defense locations.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years clerical experience, and a valid Ohio driver's license. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential, with training provided on safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clerical experience preferred.
• Active valid driver’s license in good standing with the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quality and count.
• Update internal website with material locations.
• Coordinate ship outs and transfers between Iten Defense locations.
• Set up material at the cut room for upcoming work orders.
• Assist managers with duties to ensure work orders are completed and records are correct.
• Maintain ERP data to update customer orders and billing documents.
