Responsibilities include verifying documents, preparing shipments, operating forklift and pallet jack, staging materials, and coordinating with production. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED with 2 years related experience, MS Office, and basic math.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years’ related experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret work documents and quality specs.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to use measurement tools to verify dimensions.
• Knowledge of UPS/FedEx shipping preferred.
• Hazardous material shipping knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against records; maintain logs.
• Prepare shipments, choose cost-efficient methods, and package items.
• Receive materials, inspect for damage, stage for production.
• Operate forklift, crane, pallet jack; assist maintenance.
• Maintain inventory levels and notify supervisor of low stock.
• Coordinate with others to optimize material flow.
