National Oak Distributors is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities. You will perform order picking, packaging and labeling, using RF scanners for inventory accuracy and data entry for orders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate within warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Experience with RF scanners and basic computer data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against purchase orders.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper warehousing procedures.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to shipping guidelines.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch, including packaging and labeling, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform cycle counting and inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring the safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including housekeeping duties.
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
