Job summary

National Oak Distributors seeks a motivated Warehouse Associate to join the Sumner warehouse team. You will handle receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities, with emphasis on accurate order picking, packing, labeling, and timely fulfillment.

Proficiency with RF scanners and basic data entry, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required. This role offers a collaborative environment, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
• Proficiency with RF scanners for inventory accuracy and order picking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience with order picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments with proper packaging and labeling.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counting and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Assist with shipping/receiving processes and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
