Job summary

National Oak Distributors is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will handle order picking, packing, labeling, and use RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of warehouse operations.
• General knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with RF scanners.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in order picking and packaging.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare shipments with packaging and labeling per guidelines.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure safe handling of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist with documentation.
