Job summary

National Oak Distributors seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Fresno, CA operations. The role covers receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities with emphasis on order picking, packing, labeling, and inventory control.

Ideal candidates will handle RF scanners, pallet jacks, and related equipment, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment while providing excellent customer service to suppliers and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; verify against PO.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders; adhere to shipping guidelines.
• Prepare shipments with packaging and labeling; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory management to maintain stock accuracy.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and data entry; provide customer service.
