Job summary

National Oak Distributors (NOD) merged with Automotive Systems Warehouse (ASW) to strengthen the automotive aftermarket distribution network. We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks, lift up to 50 pounds, and work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
• General knowledge of inventory management principles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and order processing.
• Effective communication in English.
• Experience with order picking and packaging.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against POs.
• Sort and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments for dispatch with proper labeling.
• Operate pallet jacks and other handling equipment safely.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Load/unload trucks and assist with shipping/receiving documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and assist customers as needed.
