Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Error Resolution associate for our Arizona warehouse, focusing on researching and resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventories and orders to quickly complete customer orders. You will identify issues, update records, and help ensure accurate fulfillment.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Occupational safety and OSHA guidance apply; lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent completed.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKU information.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Process ship short orders accurately.
• Identify, correct, and record mill errors.
• Review selected customer orders before shipping.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
