Job summary

SanMar, the leading warehouse and distribution company, is seeking an Error Resolution associate to research and resolve discrepancies with shipments, inventory, or orders. You will quickly locate missing product to complete and ship customer orders on time.

You will identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and may operate powered lift equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Positive attitude towards the company, job, customers and co-workers.
• May be required to complete and maintain Lift Operator Certification in compliance with OSHA recommendations.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust inventory quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Understand and accurately processes ship short orders.
• Properly identify, correct, and record mill errors.
• Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
