Job summary

Allen Distribution in Avondale, AZ is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to maintain and monitor inventory levels and product movement for accuracy. This full-time role requires solid data entry, basic arithmetic, and experience with WMS systems.

You will work Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime when required. Pay starts at $23.00 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential where applicable, emphasizing safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Inventory Control experience.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience with WMS and inventory audits.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product and packaging material inventory use.
• Do inventory audits and cycle counts as required.
• Backfill on production lines as needed.
• Interface directly with customers on inventory adjustments.
• Assist in coordinating with Production Planner and suppliers.
