Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Error Resolution associate to locate and resolve discrepancies in shipments, inventory and orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role requires attention to detail, problem‑solving and the ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• May complete and maintain SanMar’s Lift Operator Certification per OSHA recommendations.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders; adjust quantities.
• Process ship short orders accurately.
• Identify, correct and record mill errors.
• Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
