Job summary

Medtronic’s Rice Creek Service Center seeks a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth material flow for service and repair of medical devices. You will own inventory processes, coordinate with technicians, and support packaging from intake through shipment in a fast-paced technical environment.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, with strong ERP/SAP usage and documentation in regulated systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with inventory management (cycle counting, parts control).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience documenting work in quality or regulated systems.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, ISO 13485).
• Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes.
• Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support in-house servicing and repair of medical devices.
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counting, parts tracking, and reconciliation.
• Utilize ERP (SAP) and quality systems (QMS) for accurate documentation and transactions.
• Operate pallet jacks to move inventory.
• Support packaging and product flow from intake through shipment.
• Identify discrepancies and implement countermeasures to resolve issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
