Position Overview
The Inventory & Sales Coordinator for the Home Stage Division is a key client-facing and operational role that supports furniture sales to end users who view staged properties. This position manages the post-staging customer journey—from inquiry to order fulfillment—while ensuring the Home Stage inventory and supplier relationships support a smooth purchasing process.
You’ll be responsible for communicating with potential buyers and tenants who wish to purchase furniture from staged units, coordinating inventory and vendor availability, sending proposals and invoices promptly, and working with designers to ensure that staged items are always available for sale.
This role requires excellent communication and follow-up skills, high attention to detail, and comfort juggling multiple moving parts. You’ll act as the bridge between the sales experience, vendor relationships, inventory management, and client satisfaction.
