The Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) role offers a base wage of $16.50/hour plus production pay, with an expected total annual pay between $22,657 and $77,263 in 2024.
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus*
*$1,000 paid after 45 days of employment
*$1,000 paid after six months of employment
*Eligibility: Must have at least one year of experience in the timeshare industry

Typical day as a Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing):
Engaging with hotel guests, providing excellent customer service
Scheduling sales presentations, managing expectations
Exceeding sales goals through persuasive techniques
Ensuring guest eligibility and interest in products/services
Maintaining company standards and safety procedures
Successful candidates will have sales or customer service experience, enjoy guest interaction, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays. Concierge or sales experience is preferred. Background and drug screening may be required. Candidates should be able to perform physical activities and stand or sit for extended periods.
